Here are some useful things to know before I start working my magic.
Gathering Content
Once you’ve signed your proposal and paid your deposit, the next step is gathering the content required for your project.
I use a nifty online app to collect your content. This helps us get it right the first time, meaning less email back and forth, less revisions and your project completed faster. It will also help you see what content you need to organise.
Communication
Evolve Brand Design is mostly an online business. This means I primarily communicate via email allowing me to take note of all design requests, stick to our deadlines and work as productively as possible. In person meetings can be arranged at my office – but depending on your package may incur a fee. If you’d like to have a phone or video chat, no problemo! Please email me so we can arrange a time that suits us both.
Please email me with any project information, I don’t respond to text messages for business.
Opening Hours
We’re open all business days 8.30am–5.30pm (Brisbane time) excluding public holidays. We also like to take the occasional holiday or long weekend—who doesn’t right?!
I will let you know in advance if any upcoming leave may impact your project in any way.

Who’s the head honcho?
That would be me! I’m Renee. I’ve been a graphic designer and web designer for over two decades and I love helping my clients turn their dreams into a business and brands they love. As well as being a bonafide branding expert and web design guru, I’m also a project manager, coordinating the services of copywriters, web developers and SEO geeks to help my clients share their light with the world.
But most importantly, I’m obsessed with my two cats, crafting and playing in the garden.

1. Getting organised
First let’s make sure we have everything we need to start working our magic. This includes your creative brief, full list of website requirements and any login details if necessary.

2. Mapping it out
Next we arrange all the website content into an easy to use hierachical structure. We call this a Site Map. This ensures your website visitors can find what they need quickly and easily.

3. Research
I use professional Search Engine Optimisation software to research your competitors traffic numbers, online marketing strategies and the terms and phrases that are actually being searched by your customers. I will propose the best keywords for your customer to find your business.

4. Writing
A website that looks gorgeous will attract customers but it’s the content (copy) that closes the deal or get’s you the call to action you want. That’s why we engage a professional copywriter to capture the goodness of your brand and write copy with your approved integrate the keywords.

5. Making magic
Then we start working our magic, designing your beautiful website concept. We’ll show you how your website might work in a browser and how your users will interact with it.

6. Nerd alert
Next up we get our geek on, turning your gorgeous design into a fully working website. It gets a little techy here, so needless to say a lot of caffinated beverages are consumed during this phase.

7. Ready for takeoff
Finally we put your website through our strenuous 43 point pre-flight check before launching it into cyber space. We’ll also send you logins and training videos so you can edit your website.
